10 delicious Camel Milk dessert recipes for your sweet tooth

We have all heard extensively about superfoods. Generally, they are nutritious foods that outweigh their caloric intake. In other words, they have tremendous advantages compared to their potential shortcomings. These foods are generally rich in vitamins, antioxidants, proteins, and fibers.

The next big superfood, according to a CNN, could be camel milk. Camels produce only half the milk of cows, but the quality is more than quantity. Camel milk contains three times as much vitamin C as milk and has been shown to help treat food allergies and gastrointestinal disorders. Thanks to its immune properties, it can support people suffering from autoimmune diseases, including autism.

The nutritional benefits of this new superfood include the fact that camel milk contains less than half the fat of milk and contains a good punch of iron and vitamin B. Current research is looking at the positive effects it can have on the prevention of diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Camel milk has been repeatedly proven to be one of the healthiest things people can put in their bodies. It's a great source of vitamins, nutrients, proteins and is guaranteed to drink, at least to some extent, healthier.

However, the fact remains that numerous people worldwide do not want to drink milk or cannot promise to drink it daily. There is an easy solution for this: use camel milk as an ingredient of recipes that require milk, or create a new recipe around camel milk, thus it is quickly taken without actually drinking this milk. Powdered camel milk can also be used in many recipes.

Whether it’s a true superfood or just the latest super-fad, camel milk does boast some impressive credentials: it contains high levels of iron and calcium, as well as vitamins B and C, is lower in fat and cholesterol than cow’s milk, and is also suitable for those who are intolerant to lactose.

Camel milk boasts some impressive evidence, whether it's a true superfood or the latest super-fad. It comprises high amounts of calcium, iron, vitamins B and C, and is lower in cholesterol and fat than cow's milk. Camel milk is also suitable for lactose intolerance.

Camel Milk Dessert Recipes

If you'd like to try camel milk, but you think pouring it in a bowl of cereal or throwing it in a glass is too extreme, you should probably consider cooking it and starting with ice cream. We have a great vanilla flavor recipe that masks the flavor and adheres to the Middle Eastern roots of milk.

Alternatively, replace the milk typically used in creamy smoothies with camel milk. Or you could mix one in a blender that contains dates. They work very well with the flavor profile of milk and add a certain amount of sweetness to offset the sour and salty notes you'll notice if you drink it alone.

Creamy Camel Milk Caramel

Traditionally cooked over low heat, this rich caramel is made from camel milk, which is said to be a healthy alternative to cow's milk, making it more tolerant to people with allergies. Here's the truth: it's delicious and creamy.

I decided that camel milk was not the first way to use cheese because it was less coagulable than goat or cow's milk. Instead, I decided to make a cake, a sweet, sticky caramelized condensed milk usually made from goat milk. Or if you buy a can of dulce de leche, milk, etc., you have to cook it for a long time, so do it on a late day when you're planning to go home for a few hours. Mine took nearly 3 hours.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup or 175g demerara sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 1/4 cups or 1-liter camel milk]

  • 1/2 teaspoon acceptable sea salt or 1/4 teaspoon flakey salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
How to make Creamy Camel Milk Caramel
  1.     Pour sugar, vanilla, and baking soda with milk into a large thick pan,          gently heat over medium heat and stir until all the sugar has melted.
  2.     Boil it and turn it down or add a diffuser under the pan. I had other              things to do at home that day, and I used the diffuser because I was          afraid that the milk would burn.
  3.     If you're using a thermometer, I put it in a pot, and the temperature              stayed between 165-180°F or 74-82°C.
  4.     Cook slowly, stirring occasionally. Milk is reduced by at least half and          begins to take on a warm golden color.
  5.     Keep an eye and mix more often. The camel milk caramel is ready            when the spoon through which the liquid has passed displays the pot's      bottom for a few seconds.
  6.     Put a metal spoon in a clean jar, pour in caramel, remove the spoon,          and close it tightly.
  7.     Caramel significantly thickens when refrigerated and is stored for                several months.
  8.     Great for applying to ice cream, bread, or eating with a spoon.                    Tomorrow, we'll also introduce an Egyptian cookie recipe that uses it.
  9.     Enjoy!
